Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Please inspect the products upon receipt and share photos of the defective areas with us within 7 calendar days. We will notify you once we have reviewed the evidence provided, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and in some circumstances may takes up to 14 days after the refund has been processed by us.
